SAS Enterprise Miner Client - Error com.sas.swing.login.LogonPackage

Hi folks,

We have a SAS 9.4 M5 installed on AIX 7.1 with Miner 14.3. Until yesterday, we can connect using EM client without any problem. Today, when any user tried to connect the following error appear.

I verified the SASENVIRONMENTSURL included on sassw.config file, and it´s correct. I also copy the URL and paste it on a browser and XML file opens correctly.

I started the SAS EM client using em_console.exe and the following error appear:

If I connect using the link, instead EM client, I can connect correctly. Because we have 2 environments, I changed the SASENVIRONMENTSURL property to my other environment and I can connect without any problem with the EM client.

Any idea?

This looks like a duplicate of https://communities.sas.com/t5/Administration-and-Deployment/SAS-EM-The-application-has-encountered-an-unexpected-problem/m-p/498854/highlight/true#M14420 but with the addition of the console stack trace containing the kerberos ticket error. I'd suggest posting that extra info in the original post as the people who helped you on that post might miss this new one.
