Do not receive any GUI error the installation starts and then stops. The log file has the following:

at com.sas.ssn.Kit.main(Kit.java:1921)

All lines in "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_181\lib\accessibility.properties" are REMd out

%JAVA_HOME% is set correctly
