Could you explain the tracing options or provide a link that explains it? Apart from "options msglevel=i" , I did not understand the rest.

Also we figured what the issue was on our end. Our IT team disabled the LDAP service account thinking it's not used. Hence the issue. once we enabled that , the connectivity was fine.

Hello,

I am having a bunch of users having this issue all of sudden. They are trying to connect to Teradata from SAS and hitting this issue. Users connect to Teradata using their LDAP account and none of their windows password expired.I asked them to logoff from their RDP session and log back in and that did not help either. What else could I check? Could the issue be on the Teradata side? For now I gave a temporary workaround to avoid ldap and directly use their Teradata accounts to connect.

Thanks!

I would like to review the SAS log with these tracing options:

options msglevel=i sql_ip_trace=source sastrace=',,,d' sastraceloc=saslog no$stsuffix;
