Base sas connect to remote windows server

Hi,

I am trying to connect Base sas connect to remote window server and found below error:-

Error: A communication subsystem partner link request failure has occurred.

Error: Cannot start remote process.

Error: Remote Signon to SASHOST canceled.

Previously,the connection was successfully established between mainframe and SAS but from last 2 days i got the above error message.

Can anybody help me on this

Can you provide the statements you are using to SIGNON with please?

If you are using a script-less SIGNON the most likely cause is that the SAS/CONNECT spawner service is stopped on the Windows server. Check this out and re-start the service if it is stopped.
