      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have active directory users defined on the metadata.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These users cannot view alert details. It shows the error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The user "xxxxx" could not log on to the server "SASAppVA - Logical Workspace Server".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;No valid identity could be found for the authentication domain "DefaultAuth".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please note that these active directory users cannot be granted a log on as a batch job right.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
