unable to load any aml lov table values

Hello Everyone,

I am having issues displaying all the tabs on SAS Compliance Solution landing page.

When the user log in, the error "unable to load any aml lov table values" and "unable to load aml preferences". Then only 3 tabs are displayed (E-files, Search and Admin).

I can confirm that the user has the capability to access the triage, cases and reports tabs as well.
