Thanks @JuanS_OCS. I'll check those links you sent.

But do you know why some libraries are visible under 'SAS Libraries' in E-miner and not the others?

I mean those libraries can be seen without doing any configuration or changes(without following any steps in the link you sent or similar to it).

Hi,

In SAS MC when I login with my id , I have a long list of libraries under 'Library Manager'. When I open SAS Eminer and want to create

a 'data source' by right clicking on it and follow the wizard, I can't see all libraries in 'Select a SAS Table' window, only some of them.

I have a library (that has 8 character in its name) that I want to open it in E-miner.

Hello @Riana,

so far what I know, is that is preferable to create your own libraries:

https://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/emgsj/70152/HTML/default/viewer.htm#p0hx9kebpwgt2pn1mswo6l3xccte.htm

If you still want to take libraries from the metadata, you still can, but it is a bit more complicated:

http://support.sas.com/kb/16/552.html

Hello @Riana,

I don't know the exact answer, but my best bet would go to a difference on the library assignment mode in the SAS Metadata

https://blogs.sas.com/content/sgf/2013/05/15/pre-assign-sas-libraries-if-so-which-method/

https://support.sas.com/techsup/technote/ts788.pdf

Or libnames present in your autoexec_usermods in the Workspace Server assigned for Miner.
