Hi All,

Am new to this hot fix, could some one tell me the step by step procedure to implement the hot fix.

1. is it ok to implement the hot fix on our own, or is it must to take the assistance from SAS

2. if not please let me know the major Do's and Dont's

Just follow the instructions that are downloadable in the same place where you downloaded the hotfix. If you do that, no help is needed.
