Yikes. Slow down a minute.

SAS On Demand for Academics does provide access to SAS 9.4. But it uses the latest/greatest user interface to do so: SAS Studio. When you say "SAS 9.4" I'm assuming that you mean SAS Windowing Environment, aka SAS Display Manager. That does not exist for free download, and I wouldn't recommend it if it was (my apologies to SAS coders who don't agree). Personally, SAS Studio is all that I use for my SAS coding. If your videos and notes are showing the desktop version, it should not be a stretch to figure out how to write this code in SAS Studio.
