&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In addition, saying you want to design an analysis, without telling us what you wish to learn from the data, is pointless. We can't help. We need to know what you wish to learn from the data (&lt;EM&gt;i.e.&lt;/EM&gt; the goals of the study).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Can you please be more specific, I'm not sure what you're asking about.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Additionally, it looks like you have time series data of some sort. Regression has an assumption of independence of observations and time series data violates that assumption, which usually makes it inappropriate to use but that is context dependent.</description>
