SAS Drive login issue

Hello Team. Please assist.

Until 3rd Mar , I was able to log on to SAS Viya for learners and also SAS Drive, but getting below errors since yesterday.

Error message " An error occurred. Please contact your system administrator.

There was an error when authenticating against the external identity provider: The system could not obtain group memberships for my "<mail id>"

Make sure you are logged in to learn.sas.com/vfl - you should see your name on the upper right corner of Viya for Learners launch page.

Hi @Srikz, can you try to follow the standard path to access VFL:

• Access https://www.sas.com/en_us/software/viya-for-learners.html.

• Click on "Access for Students". This will take you to the authentication screen/window.

• Authenticate using your SAS Profile (e-mail and password).

• You will land on https://learn.sas.com/course/view.php?id=6825 for VFL.

• Click on "Launch Software" button on the page. This will take you to your assigned environment.

Sadly that way was also giving me 500 error

"Internal Server Error

Oops! Something went wrong."

I raised ticket.

Yes I tried in Chrome, Edge and just now in Firefox (downloaded just for this test) but still same issue.

One more thing to try - use a private or incognito browser window - login & see if you get the same issue.
