Loading R and Python in SAS Studio Cloud

Hi everyone,

Can you guide me how can I load and run R Programming & Python on SAS ondemand for Academics (SAS Studio Cloud)?

Do i have to download R Programming IDE and Ananconda first on my computer? Actually I did but the commands to load them are not detecting R and python in SAS Studio Cloud.

Syntax used were:

OPTIONS SET = R_HOME 'Path where R is located on my computer';

OPTIONS SET = PYTHONHOME 'Path where Python is located on my computer':

But it is not getting detected on SAS Studio Cloud.

Please help.

Show the entire log for what you attempted.

You may want to review this post: https://communities.sas.com/t5/SAS-IML-Software-and-Matrix/How-can-I-run-R-code-in-SAS-OnDemand-for-Academics/td-p/769766 from a few weeks ago though.

Since On Demand runs on a remote server there is no way that it can tell about your computer's R or Python availability or use it.
