What kind of assistance do you need, how much?

Are looking for a contractor?

And what do you mean by "rom SAS IFRS 9.4 to 9.4". Are you trying to move out from the IFRS9 solution to a SAS Foundation application?

I'm looking to migrate SAS IFRS v03.2023 Cycles to v09.2023. If anyone has any documents or steps that could assist with this, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Documentation for solutions are usually locked for paying customers only.

Look for "Whats¨s new" sections, and there might even be some kind of guideline included how to upgrade.

But my best bet is to contact SAS Institute (account responsible or professional services) that could give you some guidelines.
