¿How to solve an IRM problem?

I have a problem to open a table in SAS Studio from Infraestructure Risk Management, it doesn´t permit the use of the Open from SAS Studio option.

We have SAS 9.4_M7 and IRM 3.6, both running on Operating System Red Hat Enterprise Linux reléase 8.3.

Can anyone to help me to solve this problem please? I will appreciate.

Hi,

The Open in SAS Studio option appears only when your password is stored in your user account properties metadata and your browser is configured to allow pop-up windows.

Thank you very much for the answer.

I verified all things that you say and the account is is stored in my user account properties metadata and my browser is configured to allow pop-up windows. However, it still doesn´t work.

I don´t know what else I have to verify.

Hope somebody could help me.
