No, there's only a facility to send mail.

I assume you mean SAS Enterprise GRC (for risk management), not SAS Enterprise Guide. The EGRC features list/fact sheet is here. This product is highly configurable, but I'm not aware of a chat feature. Moving this topic to the Risk board for other experts.
