Have a program, insert the associated syntacltically correct for of proc means, eg:

proc means data=...;
  ...;
run;

Do bear in mind the quality of answers you receive is dependant on the amount of information you provide. Showing test data (in the form of a datastep), what you want out, what code you have tried, what log is generated etc. all go towards understanding you problem.
