    <description>&lt;P&gt;I suggest following the links to WMM model and download that software. That is very likely to be much more amenable then passing parameters and pulling results from a website.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note the DATE component. You really should make sure that your data includes an "as of date" as magnetic declination actually changes constantly (though slowly). Note that there are two models referenced depending upon the date you are interested in.&lt;/P&gt;
