    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have never seen this routine either. It could be a user-defined routine. Users can define their own routines with &lt;STRONG&gt;proc fcmp&lt;/STRONG&gt; and use them almost everywhere a SAS routine can be used.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
