Please post questions which have some description of what you want. Consider posting test data - in the form of a datastep - as an example of the data you start with, and expected outcome. Then describe what the process should be from one to the other. Unfortunately we don't have access yo you systems, nor can guess what you are trying to do or have to start with.

Please provide a reference describing the S.A ID code format and validation rules.
