      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;SAS Bookstore told me that this was a&amp;nbsp;a free booklet&amp;nbsp;availble in late&amp;nbsp;2015 for a short time. Due to many errors in the content, a&amp;nbsp;new version is being developed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
