    <description>&lt;P&gt;How do you identify a "churner" or "non-churner"?&amp;nbsp;What are the rules for the usage charge?&amp;nbsp;Do you have dates? Are the Dates SAS date values or something else? Do you already have duration? "All the 6 months of 2011" is odd considering years usually have 12 months.&lt;/P&gt;
