    <description>&lt;P&gt;I do have the SAS University edition, and I followed all the instructions provided at the initial downloading. &amp;nbsp;I normally sign on through the localhost 10800 provided. &amp;nbsp;That's about all I know. &amp;nbsp;Is there anything else I need to find out to ensure I'm on the right platform, as well as have the ability to install all new updates?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;SAS Studio is trying to connect to local host aka Foundation SAS installed on your PC. Is it your intention to connect to local SAS or to a remote SAS server? If it is to local SAS do you have Foundation SAS installed or not?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Edit: If you are using one of the free versions of SAS that come with SAS Studio then ignore the above instructions and have a look here:&lt;/P&gt;
