topic How to capture MVS file info into SAS ? in SAS Programming

Does anyone have any idea how to capture the 'Reference Date' as in ISPF 3.4 with 'S' comand into SAS ? The IDCAMS LISTCAT command can capture the 'creation date' and the 'expiration date' but not the 'reference date'.

Thanks
Hi:
The appendix on reading MVS files -- in this paper about dealing with files on different operating systems -- may help:
http://www2.sas.com/proceedings/sugi28/001-28.pdf

Also, the SAS companion for MVS (z/OS) might help.Especially this section on reading the VTOC: VTOC Options for the INFILE Statement under z/OS
http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/hosto390/59577/HTML/default/chifoptfmain.htm#mvs-stmt-vtoc
