      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately I don't think this is possible. Excel files are not designed for multi-user access - the first user opening it will lock the file. If you want to avoid errors of this type then set the permissions on these files to read-only. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
