Could we convert JSL code to SAS Codes. If yes How??

There's no automated procedure, you need to rewrite the code. Depending on the script that may be easy or hard.

In general, it's also good to re-analyze it a bit, since there are different ways of doing things in different languages. Trying to do a direct translation is not as efficient.

Reeza thanks for the reply as such my code is lengthy and i donot know the JSL as such and thats why i need to convert it to the SAS code so that . I can understand the functionality as per your post writing the fucntionality will be a time consuming task. if you know some thing that directly transform JMP codes to SAS kindly tell

I'm trying to be difficult, but as far as I know, no such tool exists.
