      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have very simple data&amp;amp;colon; years (2001,2002...) and rates (6.2, 5.9,...) and i want to create simple animated graph- that the line would slowly joining the point of rate....Any ideas how to do it?&lt;/P&gt;
