 Without seeing any code or the current indenting behavior it is hard to make a guess as to what is happening. I suspect you meant to post headers like this???:&lt;BR /&gt;
[pre]&lt;BR /&gt;
                   Var5         var5 &lt;BR /&gt;
        &lt;BR /&gt;
Var1 Var2 Var3 Before After Before After &lt;BR /&gt;
[/pre]&lt;BR /&gt;
                    &lt;BR /&gt;
Are you using ACROSS variables??? Do you have blanks for labels in your code??? PROC REPORT will only suppress an entire column header row if everything on it is blank.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Can you post your PROC REPORT code???? &lt;BR /&gt;
