topic Accessing website (with user/pass) and downloading data in SAS Programming

So I have a screenshot below of the website I am attempting to access-

In it there there essentially two parameters-beginning and end date-

I also need to pass my uder/password for access. Is there is a "simple" way to do this?

Many Thanks for your time.
