SAS Help not working in EG?

I'm used to moving my mouse over SAS statements, getting the syntax popup, and choosing the link to the The product documentation to get the full syntax guide from the SAS website. This no longer seems to be working (if it provides anything it is just links to community discussions).

What's the best way to view the SAS 9.4 documentation now? (I seem to have something called SASDocViewer installed, but it won't run because a DLL is missing). (On Windows 11).
