The simplest scheduling tool on UNIX is cron.

We've covered that in your question here.

Is it crontab via PuTTY environment?

Should I install it?

cron and crontab are part of any basic UNIX installation. You run them from the commandline on the server. Use any SSH client available (e.g. PuTTY) to log on to the UNIX commandline. Once again, get in touch with your admins!

Given that question in your other thread, crontab can be accessed via SAS Management Console, if your account have appropriate OS authorization.
