I don't think there is an option for that, but the result would simply be the calculated std diff * -1.

Hi, can someone advise on how to change the default setting in proc psmatch so that the standardised difference calculates the difference in the proportion of observations in the second ordered level of a binary (0,1) variable? So it calculates the difference in the proportion of observation where binary_var= 1 rather than =0. I am not keen on re-processing the standardised difference after running the psmatch.

Yes it is just that the default plot causes confusion. Until now we have re-done it on excel but I was wondering if there is a way to change the standardised difference plot that comes with proc psmatch so that it is referencing the proportion for 1 rather than 0.
