Thanks for the reply. Where do I download the XML file again? Is that going to be extracting the whole zip file again? The zip file was like 15 GB. I do also have a ticket with SAS support. Hopeful they respond tomorrow

Hey sorry I don't know where to put this. My SAS installation has been stuck.

This is what I see. I deleted the XML file and I was able to get Deployment Wizard to open but then it gets stuck. It's been sitting at 0% for quite some time so I think something is wrong.

The problem may be that the XML file you had was somehow corrupted (probably truncated), which may be why you got the first error. When you delete the XML file, SAS installation hangs as it cannot find the file.

I think what you need to do is to stop the installation process that hangs, download the XML file again (hopefully without errors this time), and then restart the installation.

Yes, the zip file may be where you should get the XML file. It should be possible to just extract the one XML file from the zip file, and not all the 15 GB. On the other hand, if something went wrong in the first extraction, it may be wiser to re-extract the whole shebang once more, as there may be errors in other files as well.
