How to customize and control text color using colorgroup in axistable within SAS PROC TEMPLATE?

Hi, experts,

I want to customize the text color within arrows. Set the labels and values for 'placebo' to red, and the labels and values for 'low dose' and 'high dose' to blue.

Here is the relevant code:
