      <description>&lt;P&gt;You probably have the file open in some other window.&amp;nbsp; Are you using Enterprise Guide? Or SAS/Studio?&amp;nbsp; I think they use IOM to connect to SAS so that might be why that IOM appears in the name of who has it open.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
