Proc S3 ERROR: Connection Reset by Peer

Hello,

I am a first time proc s3 user - and am trying to connect to our newly created s3 bucket. This is the test code I am using simply to see if I connect, and list the contents in my bucket:

However, I am getting the following ERROR messages in the log:

This is being run on SAS 9.4 (TS1M7) PC SAS

I am certain the region, secret, and keyids are correct.

The bucket is correct but I am unsure if I need "/arn:aws:s3:::" in the bucket information, if I remove this part I get "ERROR: The credentials provided did not authenticate" so I assume it is needed.

Does anyone know what causes this Connection reset by peer issue?

Simply speaking "connection reset by peer" means the network connection has been dropped.
In client server environment the net packet sent from the client has not been acknowledged by the server or response is taking too long to come and possibly getting timed out.
There could be variety of reasons for this.

Just an update on this -

you do no need the ARN information in front - it is simply "/bucket/" - will leave this here for anyone else experiencing this issue.
