Hi,

We are migrating code from sas coe to sas viya and we are facing below error, please help me

ERROR: File RSTATS.PROGRAM_OUTPUT_FILES cannot be updated because its encoding does not match the session encoding or the file is
in a format native to another host, such as HP_UX_64, RS_6000_AIX_64, SOLARIS_64, HP_IA64.

What is SAS coe?? Is it SAS 9.4??
What is file RSTATS.PROGRAM_OUTPUT_FILES?? Is it a dataset (*.sas7bdat) or a calalog?

Probably you need to change from wlatin1 to UTF-8 Encoding.
The SAS doc is full of examples / recommendations on how to do that.
