populate numeric values dynamically based on values in a variable as 'Start_time' and 'End_time'

Hi All,

I have a variable F_1 having lines as below from log. I need to create a sequence variable dynamically based on 1st occurrence value ='System name' and last occurrence value='End time'. PLease suggest.

__Report User name is zzzz
