How soon did it take you to be proficient? Did you get your job after experience or got experience after the job? I recently cleared my SAS base certification and training for clinical trials sas programmer since a couple months and always lose hope and motivation thinking I might not be able to get there. How far in terms on skills am I required to go like basics of SDTM, ADaM and survival analysis is enough or do I need more? If yes, what is required.
