&lt;P&gt;Format x dollar15.0 ;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;or the statistic in tabulate&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Amount * sum*f=dollar15.0&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Dollar format will also place commas in the value so may need to wider than you think.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do not want the commas then use proc format to create a custom format with the currency symbol of choice as a PREFIX= option on a Picture statement.&lt;/P&gt;
