ARM = DRUG X in IWRS data, but EXTRT in IWRS reflects both DRUG X and DRUG Y throughout the study, then we leave ACTARM blank, populate SUPPDM.ARMNRS and SUPPDM.ACTARMUD.
ARM = DRUG X in IWRS data, but EXTRT in IWRS reflects only DRUG Y throughout the study, then ACTARM = DRUG Y, leave SUPPDM.ARMNRS and SUPPDM.ACTARMUD blank.

3) if ARM = DRUG X in IWRS data, EXTRT in IWRS reflects DRUG X only, then ACTARM = DRUG X, leave SUPPDM.ARMNRS and SUPPDM.ACTARMUD blank.
