      <description>&lt;P&gt;Either you do not have WRITE access to the folder allocated as library NOV, or you allocated the library with ACCESS=READONLY.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the first case, you can ask IT adm to give you the access, in the second case just change the LIBNAME statement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
