    <description>&lt;P&gt;Typically you get that error if there is a mismatch in bitness between SAS and MS Office. For example, SAS is 64-bit and Office is 32-bit. This only applies to the EXCEL LIBNAME engine.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Very hard to say from a bad picture. But definitely drop the BDAYBook1.xlsx part of the Libname Statement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
