topic resp data set in SAS Programming

One of the examples for proc genmod (Example 31.5: GEE for Binary Data with Logit Link Function), uses a data set called resp. Only 20 observations of the respiratory data set are shown in the example. I'm wondering how can I get the whole data set. Thanks.
As quoted from the manual.....

See “Gee Model for Binary Data” in the SAS/STAT Sample Program
Library for the complete data set. These data are from Stokes, Davis, and Koch (2000).
