how to password protect a sashdat file in caslibs

I cannot figure out how to assign a password to an existing sashdat file stored at a caslib.

I want to prevent from being deleted by other others users with access to the caslib.

I've tried without success the following.

It would be ok for me to assign a password during the savetable operation using proc cas or proc casutil.

Password protection of individual object is IMHO not a good thing from a maintenance perspective. Data shoud be protected using rights management: preferable on group/function level.
