I am just trying to update a datasets in the server getting this error msg can any1 help

How to resolve the issue.

Why not just make a NEW dataset? (Personally I have never had much use for the SQL UPDATE statement.)

You can give it the same name if you want. (Note post code as text instead of photographs if you want more complete responses.)

data aaa.tb_all_swap;
  set aaa.tb_all_swap;
  if (... type your condition here..) then targetvar='newvalue';
run;

But if there are actual encoding issues it might mess up some of the existing data.
