I think a piece of code from an PharmaSUG article is very great and I may not have an better solution.

May I use this code in our team for buessiness purposes?

Most papers have contact information and include emails. If that is the case with your paper/article you can contact the author(s) and request permission. In some cases it is even stated in the paper/article that code is shared so it can be reused for the benefit of the user community.

Yes. You should acknowledge the author's contribution in any public talks or written presentations.

Yes. Contributors retain copyright (so acknowledge them in any public citations) but they contribute to these conferences with the understanding that any content/code is allowed to be used/shared for any purpose.
