      <title>Problem with Windows x64 and Oracle client</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Windows 7 with a 64 bit os, SAS 9.4 and I have downloaded and installd win64_11gR2_client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got this error message in the log: ERROR: ORACLE connection error: ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On my x32 computer the tnsnames.ora and sqlnet.ora files is located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Oracle\NETWORK\ADMIN but in the new installation (x64) I cant find where the files is created or where to put them. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The map structure of the new installation: C:\Program Files\Oracle\product\11.2.0\client_1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I´m pretty new at this and maybe I have missed something obvious.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
