Hi, I am having some trouble trying to run the %dist macro from the mayo clinic (http://www.mayo.edu/research/documents/distsas/doc-10027802). The macro creates global optimal matches on a propensity score. When I run the macro I get the following error message. I am running SAS 9.4 with windows 8, and don't know how or why this particular procedure would be missing since it is. Is there a way to include the optnet procedure or am I missing a certain plugin? thanks so much for any help!

ERROR: Procedure OPTNET not found.

MPRINT(VMATCH): proc optnet data_matrix=dist2;
MPRINT(VMATCH): linear_assignment id=(enrolid) weight=(_C1--_C132857) out=__outt;

MPRINT(VMATCH): run;
