I have several values categorized into tertiles and I am trying to perform sensitivity analysis on different groups. Each tertile is not always present (aka the number of levels differs). For example, sometimes the highest exposure in the group is level 2 and sometimes the highest exposure is level 3. How can I write code to get the sensitivity, specificity and PPV when the levels present in the table are different each time I run the test on a different group?
