      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use a macro variable to fill in the date as part of the filename when I make the file, e.g. ProductTables20&amp;amp;filedate..pdf&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The same naming convention is used in the attach statement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
